INTERCONSULTATION^™
- an in-depth review of your medical files to confirm diagnosis and treatment options. With a fast and detailed turnaround of results, the InterConsultation process can reduce complications that result from a misdiagnosis and can help you and your treating physician determine the proper course of action.

FINDBESTDOC^™
- a customized search of the Best Doctors global network of 50,000 specialists to refer the best qualified medical expert to help to meet your specific medical needs. Best Doctors^® will arrange a referral1, necessary appointments and can help book accommodations if out-of-town travel is required.

FINDBESTCARE^®
- access to hospital and doctor discounts if out-of-country care is necessary. Best Doctors will ensure vital information is sent to the medical specialist involved and will continually monitor your treatment process to help ensure your medical priorities are met. If you need to travel away from home to receive medical treatment, Best Doctors can assist with reservations and accommodations.

Best Doctors 360o^™
- a unique program designed to help you navigate the healthcare system by providing one-on-one support, customized advice and guidance personally delivered to you.

What medical conditions are covered?
Best Doctors services are available for the following Medical Condition(s): AIDS, Alzheimer's Disease, Blindness, Benign Brain Tumour, Cancer, Cardiovascular Conditions, Coma, Deafness, Kidney Failure, Loss of Speech, Multiple Sclerosis, Major Organ Transplant, Major Trauma, Motor Neuron Disease, Parkinson's Disease, Paralysis, Severe Burns, and Stroke.

Membership Terms
If you were diagnosed with or received medical treatment or care for any of the above listed medical condition(s) during the twenty four (24) months prior to the effective date of the Best Doctors membership, services will not be available for the same medical condition(s) for twelve months following the effective date of the membership.

How can you access Best Doctors services?
Become a Best Doctors^® member when you are healthy, so we can help when you're not. For a monthly rate of just $12.50 for yourself or $18.75 for your entire family, you will enjoy unlimited lifetime access to the services provided by Best Doctors^®. If you wish to pay annually, the cost is $150 per year individual or $225 per year family! Issue ages are 18 to 65. Get your own Best Doctors^® membership now. Download and print an application for coverage. If you don't already have it, you will need the free Adobe Acrobat reader software installed on your computer in order to do this.
